Join our team as a Senior Product Quality Engineer - Hybrid (Wauwatosa, WI). Job Summary The Senior Product Quality Engineer plays a critical role in bridging the work between the Quality and Product Development teams. This hands-on position requires a deep understanding of motorcycle components, systems, testing, and related processes.As the Sr. Product Quality Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of product quality for specific components, collaborating closely with design, testing, supply, and manufacturing teams. Key responsibilities include driving Design for Quality (DFQ) from the outset of each program, leading and mentoring cross-functional teams through key processes such as DFMEA, DVP&R, and PFMEA. You will also guide the design engineering and supply quality teams in supplier process assessments and help integrate insights and learnings back into the product design and requirement documents. Above all, you will be accountable for ensuring the final quality of your components, directly impacting the customer experience and satisfaction. Your leadership and expertise will be integral to the successful development and delivery of high-quality products.This position is seeking interest and experience with vehicle chassis systems, engine systems, paint and graphics or electrical and software.
