The basics of this position:

Performs duties necessary to supervise and direct a program of
housekeeping services for campus buildings, offices and related facilities; develops
annual budget; performs normal supervisory functions.

What you'll do:



  • Develops and implements a program of housekeeping services: supervises personnel to
    ensure a clean, attractive appearance of College facilities, conducts follow-up inspections for
    cleanliness.
    * Implements procedures for cleaning facilities, restocking supplies, and disposing of trash.
    * Recommends and monitors annual campus budget.
    * Performs normal supervisory functions: trains, instructs, assigns work to Housekeeping
    personnel; recommends transfers, promotions, termination; arranges for additional help or
    over-time; explains and enforces College policies, rules and regulation. Evaluates
    performance.
    Performs other job related duties as assigned


Education, experience, and other requirements:

Associate's Degree or equivalent and over three (3) years of relevant full-time
experience. Valid driver's license and insurance.
