Position requires a current CNA license in the state of Maryland Pay Range is $16.93 to $26.24 commensurate with equivalent experience as a certified Clin Tech/Clinical Associate. Under supervision of the Float Pool leadership, and taking into consideration the developmental needs of the patient, performs routine patient activities and delegated patient care procedures of a specialized and technical nature to maintain patient safety. Staff in this position will perform essential functions either in the assigned patient room or from the remote monitoring observation area. This position is a one to one patient ratio and your role is a constant observer. You will receive a daily assignment across any patient population; pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric.
