Post Doctoral Scholar

Post doctoral researcher to pursue specialized research training and experience under the guidance of a scientific mentor.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducts research on cancer prevention and control

• Conducts research and training in cancer epidemiology, community based participatory research, behavioral science and cancer prevention and control, biostatistics, research ethics, scientific grant writing, and health disparities

• Participates in meetings related to research activities

• Develops works for publication related to the research experience in the areas of research.

Education Requirement:

• PhD Required

• Requires successful completion of a background check; qualified candidates may be requested to complete a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
