Description & Requirements Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a senior business litigation associate to join the firm's Irvine, California office.
The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles significant matters throughout the State and across the country. Womble is looking for an associate with 5-6 years of experience as a practicing litigator in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, managing and/or supervising litigation cases, as well as significant court room experience. Ideal candidates will also have experience with financial services clients. Womble expects all associates to meaningfully participate in business development efforts and to value diversity as a core professional benefit. Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in California. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills, including complex motion practice and interacting with clients. The estimated salary range for this role in California is $220,000-$325,000 a year.
