Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Night Shift | $28.00/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Differential Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Rotating 12-Hour Schedule

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, technical training, and hands-on maintenance experience considered.
• Must successfully complete Forklift, Scissor Lift, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) certification training.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience maintaining and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and material handling systems.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance, machine repair, equipment installation, and root cause analysis.
• Experience operating machine shop equipment, welding equipment, and fabrication tools preferred.
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Regular exposure to manufacturing environments with moving machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to work safely at heights and wear required PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and emergency maintenance situations as required.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
• Inspect equipment, identify malfunctions, and replace defective components to maintain efficient operations.
• Install, assemble, and maintain machinery, valves, pressure regulators, gauges, and related equipment.
• Operate lathes, grinders, drills, milling machines, welding equipment, and cutting tools to repair or fabricate parts.
• Repair and maintain facility systems and structures as needed.
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and in a timely manner while following all safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
