Schedule: Monday - Thursday

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM

We're in search of a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience working in high-volume, industrial manufacturing operations and skilled in the installation, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and fixtures. Job Duties

• Operate and maintain a safe maintenance program
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make repairs/modifications
• Diagnose and repair machine issues and make modifications related to mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic PLC systems
• Work collaboratively with production operations, engineering, maintenance team, and outside vendors as required to perform repairs or improvements to equipment
• Create and maintain standard work documents and process machine programs for maintenance
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment by performing routine maintenance and daily inspections
• Maintain spare parts inventory in partnership with leadership and Supply Chain

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
• Certificate or Technical degree in a related industrial maintenance field preferred

Experience Requirements

• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, or equipment documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance practices.
• Minimum of 5 years working as a Maintenance Technician installing, troubleshooting & repairing manufacturing equipment and fixtures in a high-volume industrial manufacturing operation
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and servos, relays, communications networks, touchscreens, pushbuttons and robotics
• Familiar with PLCs to include Allen Bradley systems
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Excellent diagnostic, organization, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.
• Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Maintenance Technician.
• Understanding of metal material properties preferred

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.
• Steel-toed shoes are required on the production floor
