Job Duties Install electrical conduit according to project specifications and applicable electrical code, Measure, cut, thread, bend, and assemble conduit, Install EMT, rigid conduit, and other raceway systems as required by the project Use hand and power tools to complete conduit installations Route and secure conduit using appropriate supports, hangers, and fasteners, Read measurements, layouts, and electrical drawings to determine conduit routing Pull wire and assist with electrical installations as assigned Maintain accurate bends, offsets, saddles, and conduit runs Inspect completed work for proper installation and workmanship Follow all jobsite safety procedures and PPE requirements, Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Travel to project locations as required. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Electrical trade school, apprenticeship training, or related electrical coursework is a plus. OSHA certification or other construction safety training preferred. Experience Requirements Previous hands-on experience installing electrical conduit in commercial, industrial, or construction environments. Ability to measure, cut, bend, thread, and install EMT, rigid conduit, and other raceway systems. Experience using conduit benders, hand tools, and power tools. Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow electrical layouts and drawings. Experience making offsets, saddles, 90-degree bends, and other common conduit configurations preferred. Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required. Dependable transportation and strong attendance record required. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach throughout the workday. Capable of working on ladders and at varying heights when necessary. Ability to lift, carry, and move conduit, tools, and materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather and construction site conditions.
