Job Duties

• Review batch records and manufacturing documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain quality assurance and quality control documentation
• Support internal and external audits
• Assist with investigations, deviations, and CAPA activities
• Monitor and support quality processes within manufacturing and packaging operations
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and company procedures
• File, organize, and maintain quality records and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives
• Assist with administrative and documentation-related quality activities

• Previous QA/QC experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements and quality systems
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems

• Experience supporting audits, investigations, deviations, and CAPA processes
• Manufacturing or packaging quality experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
• Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
