Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional education in business, communications, sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial. Experience Requirements 1-2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, logistics, or a related field Experience managing customer quotes and order entry Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Job Duties Process customer orders and perform accurate order entry Prepare and manage customer sales quotes Respond to customer email quote requests Assist with customer order prioritization and management Review product requirements and assess feasibility Answer customer questions and provide exceptional customer service Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries Communicate shipment updates, delays, and transportation issues to customers Respond to customer inquiries regarding order and delivery status Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals Maintain accurate records and documentation Support logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery Preferred Qualifications Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, retail sales, or office administration experience is preferred. Experience using CRM software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, or sales management tools is beneficial. Knowledge of order processing, quoting, product support, or business-to-business sales is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, communication skills, initiative, and a customer-focused attitude are well positioned for success as an Inside Sales and Logistics. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person. Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 10 pounds. Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining productivity throughout the workday.
