Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Technician role
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with HACCP, GMPs, and quality compliance practices preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Microsoft Office proficiency preferred

• Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintain compliance with HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Monitor product quality and place products on hold when necessary
• Complete quality reports accurately and on time
• Conduct inventory-related quality tracking and documentation
• Enforce quality and food safety standards on the production floor
• Investigate quality concerns and communicate findings effectively
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure product specifications are met
• Support Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
• Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
• Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Assurance Technician.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
• Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
