Job Duties

• * Follow with strict adherence to all relevant SOPs, GMPs, batch records and other controlling documentation when performing activities.
• Maintain a current and comprehensive working knowledge of relevant procedures and policies.
• Follow with strict adherence to all relevant security and access control procedures as it relates to controlled substance finished goods access.
• Ensure proper documentation on all forms, logs, batch records, etc. per Good Documentation Practices (GDP) SOP.
• Perform labeling, packaging, and heat sealing of finished units per SOP/work instructions
• Perform secondary packaging duties using manual and automated heat sealer equipment.
• Perform work in an efficient manner.
• Comply with relevant regulatory demands, Company code of conduct and ethical standards.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned. * Adhere to mandatory dress code policy

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Previous lab/clean room experience.
• Previous packaging experience.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to complete work with little assistance from other employees and supervisors in an efficient manner
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to communicate proficiently verbally and in writing with intra- and inter-departmental personnel
• The ability to complete training showing competency in procedures and processes relating to job role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Pharmaceutical Packaging Tech.
• Experience working with packaging equipment is a plus.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
