Pay Rate: $22.65 - $24.65 per hour

Schedules:

• Day Shift 6 AM - 2:30 PM
• Swing Shift 3 PM - 11:30 PM

Overtime required during peak

Job Duties

• Set up, adjust, and operate printing machinery
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor repairs
• Assist with general production duties as needed
• Keep up with a fast-paced, high-output production environment

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Print Machine Operator.
• Printing machine experience is a PLUS - but it's not required!

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
