Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately identify, count, sort, and organize parts or materials according to work orders, bills of materials, or kit instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify quantities, part numbers, labels, and inventory locations.
• Ability to use RF scanners, inventory systems, basic warehouse equipment, or production documentation as required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and orderly materials.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous kitting, warehouse, inventory control, material handling, manufacturing, assembly, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Experience working with bills of materials, work orders, pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory control, production staging, or Lean manufacturing practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, organization, reliability, and strong attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Kit Packer.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull parts, containers, and materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely use carts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Steel toed shoes are required on the production floor
