This opportunity is based on a CDL Class A Driver career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Education Requirements Must be at least 22 years old. Valid CDL-A license required. Current DOT Medical Card required. FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience within the last 3 years. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). No more than 3 moving violations, at-fault accidents, or a combination of both within the past 3 years. No DUI, reckless driving, or other serious driving violations within the past 5 years. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices. Physical Capabilities Ability to safely enter and exit a commercial vehicle throughout the workday. Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Must be able to work in varying weather and road conditions. No heavy lifting required. Job Duties Operate a CDL-A dry van truck on local routes with daily home time. Transport electrical supplies safely and efficiently. Complete drop-and-hook deliveries while adhering to all company and DOT regulations. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driving records. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a strong safety focus.
