The Role

As a Workday HCM Senior Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing the Workday HCM solution to meet the specific needs of the client. Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise.

What You'll Do

* Provide expertise in multiple modules in the Workday HCM suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Payroll/Time & Absence)

* Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday

* Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions

* Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge

* Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support

* Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects

* Provide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications

* Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems)

What You Need

* Current Workday Partner HCM or Payroll Certification plus at least one other of the following HCM solutions: Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Payroll, Time and Absence.

* 2 - 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experience

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

* Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company

* Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications

* Demonstrated project management experience

* Functional human resources experience

* Passion for providing exceptional customer service

* Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

* Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

* Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus

* Expected travel is +/-25% depending on project

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote - US

Compensation Range: $120,000-$180,000
