Title: Manager, Consumer Engagement Brand: Youth To The People Location: El Segundo, CA

The Manager of Consumer Engagement for Youth To The People reports to the Director of Consumer Engagement on the US Marketing Team. This role will be instrumental in driving brand love, building press relations, and managing our social communities by bringing Youth To The People's unique energy, cultural relevance, and social trend-awareness to life.

  • PR & Editorial Strategy: You will own the strategy and execution of our public relations, overseeing our PR agency to maximize editorial placements and cultivate strong, lasting press relationships that elevate the brand's presence.
  • Community Management & Social Oversight: You will oversee Community Management with the support of the team's assistant manager. You will also manage our external social agency, ensuring they provide actionable feedback and insights to maximize their content deliverables. You will develop a roster of creator relationships on behalf of the brand.
  • Performance & Analytics: You will monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of your programs and social activations. You will be comfortable reviewing data to make strategic recommendations, optimize strategies, and increase all major KPIs.
  • Collaboration & Project Execution: You will serve as a key point of contact for external partners and collaborate cross-functionally across multiple projects, balancing tight deadlines with internal meetings to ensure flawless execution.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Excitement about meeting creators in person + developing relationships on behalf of the brand.
  • Experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, or advocacy, with an undergraduate degree in a related field.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects on unique deadlines.
  • A proven track record of managing external PR, social, or creative agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort reviewing and analyzing data to make strategic recommendations and decisions.

Salary Range: 93-128k + bonus
