PAY RANGE:
Business Analyst I: $54,400 - $68,000
Business Analyst II: $66,600 - $83,200
Sr Business Analyst: $75,300 - $100,400

Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports the material management and procurement of the Large TS Construction department. Prepare requisitions for materials, construction labor and order stock materials through Stores. Serves as liaison between Transmission and Substation Construction, Supply Chain and vendors who support our material needs. Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure materials procured through Stores are ordered, tracked, and delivered in accordance with the project schedule. Coordinate direct purchases with vendors and collaborate with manufacturers and vendor representatives to develop material forecasts and support future project planning. Maintains and updates project schedules utilizing Primavera P6.

Provide material coordinate support to field construction supervisors, project managers, and engineers. Assists in resolving material procurement challenges and supply chain issues to minimize project impacts and maintain schedule commitments.

Ensure material and project costs are accurately charged with the accepted accounting and tracking practices of Large TS Construction, the Company, and the accounting departments. Resolve invoice and procurement discrepancies with Accounts Payable and work with Stores personnel to address material charges on projects. Track material salvage credits and ensures proper allocation to the appropriate projects.

Supports the department during storm restoration activities, working in the transmission storm center as needed. Support activities include, but are not limited to, interfacing with operations, track details on damaged facilities, crew assignments, and material needs. Candidate will assist with requisition writing for capital and major maintenance projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively navigate changing market conditions, supply chain constraints, and evolving project priorities while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

The candidate must have a High School Diploma, Associates degree or higher is preferred.

Relevant experience with Stores, purchasing, plant accounting, project management and transmission and substation materials or equivalent experience preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:

Individual must be committed to the consistent application of procedures utilized by Large TS Field Construction.
* General knowledge and experience with Large TS Field Construction's business processes and functions is preferred.
* Successful candidate must have demonstrated job experience as an effective communicator (written, verbal, graphical, listening) and must possess effective presentation skills.
* Must be able to handle conflict.
* Requires strong analytical skills.
* Leadership experience is strongly preferred.
* Ability to research and understand key issues, analyze information, and make sound decisions.
* Proven ability to discuss issues with all levels of responsibility while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
* Requires demonstrated ability to mine and analyze data and advise on a course of action.
* Candidate should be proficient in PeopleSoft, Excel, Word, PowerPlan, Maximo, Power BI, and Primavera P6

Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:
Must possess a valid driver's license.

Working Conditions:
Normal office working conditions. Occasionally travel and some additional hours or weekends may be required. Must have a satisfactory work record including good attendance. Overnight travel may be necessary.
