As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of Human Resources, including Learning & Development, Onboarding, Benefits Administration, and HR Operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives while developing professional skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities Learning & Development Assist in manager virtual training sessions and eLearning enrollments. Send, collect and summarize training feedback surveys to support continuous improvement. Track and report completion data in the LMS for course rollouts. Complete or update job aids to support employee learning and performance. Employee Onboarding/Engagement Prepare onboarding materials and welcome kits. Support new hire orientation sessions. Ensure completion of onboarding documentation and compliance requirements. New Hire Check Ins Benefits Administration Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries. Help maintain accurate benefits records. Support wellness initiatives and communications. HR Operations Help maintain employee files and HR databases. Assist with reporting and data analysis. Support process improvement projects and HR audits. Requirements Current Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related program Positive attitude, team player, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel This temporary position is not benefits eligible. Compensation The base pay range for this role is $19 - $19 per hour.
