TheData Entry Clerk is responsible for using the Maintenance Management System for labor and parts standards, this position is responsible for reviewing all work completed and work exceptions to ensure charges are in accordance with the system guidelines and approve if appropriate.

Work closely with the Budget Truck Maintenance team.

What You'll Do:

• Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly.
• Ensure accuracy of repairs costs on vendor invoice and correct vendor's work order.
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Build relationships and create rapport with vendors, OEMs, dealers.
• Manage out of service maintenance requests to quickly complete repairs of vendors.
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
• Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents
• Manage and organize records and files
• Prepare relevant reports as needed
• Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis

WhatWe'reLooking For:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
• Strong attention to detail to ensure invoices and all data entries are correct

Automotive or Trucking industry knowledge a plus
