* Contribute to minimum viable product (MVP) scope definition grounded in customer-validated requirements.

3. Full Product Life-Cycle Management

* Serve as the commercial voice for assigned products in cross-functional product development teams, at portfolio reviews and gate committees, from concept through post-launch life-cycle management.
* Partner with R&D, Operations, QA/Regulatory, and Commercial stakeholders, influencing without direct authority to mobilize resources and advance products through development gates and ongoing life-cycle decisions.
* Navigate constructive tension between innovation ambition and operational feasibility, balancing speed-to-market with scientific rigor and regulatory requirements specific to forensic and paternity testing markets.
* Execute post-launch review and ongoing financial and competitive performance reviews for assigned products, incorporating VOC into product decisions and adjusting commercial tactics accordingly.
* Manage response to customer complaints related to assigned products in partnership with cross-functional teams.
* Identify and recommend products for discontinuation, and own new product sales and distributor training content and delivery for assigned products.
