What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and activities for medium-to-large, complex change initiatives.
  • Partner with sponsors, project managers, senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners to identify impacts, build readiness, and address resistance.
  • Lead stakeholder assessments, change impact and readiness analyses, communications, training support, and business transition activities.
  • Manage change-related schedules, budgets, resources, and success measures while tracking adoption and business readiness.
  • Strengthen organizational change management capabilities by advancing methodologies, coaching leaders, and supporting sustainable change practices
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a change management, learning and development, employee communications, or product or project management role
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools to deliver on projects' desired business outcomes
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in clearly communicating complex concepts in a simple manner
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in communicating verbally and in writing with senior management on the status of initiatives
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in handling multiple tasks
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience working under time constraints in support of various initiatives
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience with pertinent word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, and email software
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience with Stakeholder engagement
