Corporate Chef - Northwest Arkansas

Griffith Foods is hiring a Corporate Chef to drive business growth by strengthening strategic customer partnerships, leading culinary innovation and commercialization efforts, delivering actionable customer and market insights that influence business strategy, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction, and representing Griffith Foods as a trusted culinary and innovation partner.

As a Corporate Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary culinary partner in Northwest Arkansas
• Leading culinary innovation from concept and prototype through commercialization
• Representing the voice of the customer by identifying priorities, needs, and opportunities
• Translating customer needs into business opportunities through cross-functional collaboration
• Leading customer presentations and project execution, including samples and product refinement
• Building strong customer relationships across Culinary, R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations
• Applying culinary expertise in flavors, ingredients, menu development, and product applications
• Identifying culinary and consumer trends that inspire customer-focused innovation
• Functioning as an independent contributor and shall not have any direct reports

Qualified candidates will have:

• At least an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts.
• At least 2 years' experience in food industry.
• At least 3-5 years Culinary experience.
• Must be able to consume and taste meat, poultry, alternative protein and seafood products that may contain allergens including but not limited to wheat, dairy, and egg.
• Serve Safe sanitation certification.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Springdale, Arkansas 4-5 days per week.
• Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 30%.

This role is affiliated to the Springdale, Arkansas location, and candidates for this role need to reside within a commutable distance of that location and will be required to come into that location. You may be asked to travel to other locations periodically for meetings.
