Your Role, Your Impact Oversee daily locomotive maintenance operations ensuring scalability and adherence to Alstom's quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate workflow, resource allocation, and maintenance scheduling. Ensure reliability through rigorous inspection processes, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance programs. Drive innovation by implementing digital maintenance tools and Lean methodologies to optimize performance. Foster knowledge sharing and technical training to build a culture of continuous improvement and safety. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Proficiency in maintenance management systems such as Maximo or SAP PM. Strong understanding of locomotive systems, including traction, braking, and control circuits. Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma principles to improve operational efficiency. Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation accurately. Commitment to safety leadership and mentoring within a workshop environment. How Success Is Measured On-time delivery of maintenance schedules and operational readiness targets. Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams. Reduction in downtime, improved reliability metrics, and enhanced process efficiency.
