Director Donor Relations and Stewardship

SUMMARY:

Leads Brown Health's centralized donor stewardship program, ensuring every donor receivestimely, meaningful, and consistent recognition and appreciation. Develops enterprise stewardship standards and manages the execution of donor relations activities across all hospitals and fundraising programs.

• Achieve enterprise service standards for acknowledgements, stewardship activities, and donor recognition.

• Improve donor retention through consistent stewardship and engagement practices.

• Maintaintimelyexecution of stewardship plans,communications, and specialinitiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Brown Health's enterprise donor stewardship program.

• Align and managestandards for acknowledgements, recognition, naming opportunities, stewardship reporting, concierge services, and donor appreciationacross the system.

• Partner with frontline fundraisers to implement customized stewardship strategies for major and principal donors.

• Oversee stewardship reporting and recognition fulfillment.

• Manage donorrecognitioninventory, naming opportunities, and stewardship tracking.

• Lead donor concierge services, phone support, and stewardship presence at fundraising events.

• Partner with Leadership Giving to strengthen grateful patientprogramandstewardship.

• Develop departmental policies, procedures, and service standards while coaching and developing staff.

EXPERIENCE:

• 7+years of advancement, stewardship, donor relations, or fundraising support experience.

• Demonstrated experience managing donor stewardship programs and leading teams.
