Exercise Director

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Exercise Director to join our team in support of the E-3 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CWD) program at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This role requires planning and directing E-3 training exercises across Legacy, Mission Crew Training (MTC), and Mission Crew Training System (MCTS) systems and coordinating realistic command-and-control scenarios. Core Duties:

* Plan, coordinate, and direct training exercises supporting Legacy, MTC, and MCTS systems

* Translate learning objectives into executable scenarios, event timelines, injects, communications, and control measures

* Coordinate with instructors, simulator operators, scenario developers, and Government personnel to prepare and execute events

* Monitor exercise progress, manage scenario flow, and adjust event execution while preserving training objectives and safety

* Support event debriefs, document performance observations, and recommend scenario or process improvements

* Qualify and maintain currency as both an Exercise Director and Simulator Operator under the Government-approved training program
