Program Analyst Journeyman

Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Program Analyst Journeyman to support the program office by providing program analysis and recommendations for execution strategies related to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and acquisition programs. The successful candidate will analyze program status, goals, milestones, priorities, acquisition data, budgets, schedules, and performance information to support effective program execution and decision-making. This position requires experience with DoD acquisition and Life Cycle Management (LCM) program execution, acquisition management practices, program data consolidation, contract budget tracking, and document approval and routing procedures.

Note: This position is onsite at Warner Robins AFB, GA

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Advise on courses of action for program IPTs based on current program status and documented program goals and milestones.
• Assess the priority of IPT activities and development projects to optimize tasks and workload.
• Apply knowledge of business and industry acquisition management practices and the use of equipment, products, and property.
• Consolidate and provide program information and acquisition data from a variety of sources, including performance data, requirements data, training data, cost data, and schedule data.
• Identify opportunities to automate the consolidation of program and acquisition data wherever possible.
• Analyze program information to support execution strategies, program planning, and decision-making.
• Support IPTs and acquisition programs by monitoring program status against established goals and milestones.
• Maintain and monitor contract budget databases and associated financial and acquisition information.
• Maintain and monitor Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRS) data.
• Support the Automated Business Service System and Request and Authorization for In-Scope Tasks processes.
• Review and monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) reports in support of program and contract execution.
• Support program documentation through established document approval and routing procedures.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience with DoD acquisitions and Life Cycle Management (LCM) program execution.
• Experience supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and acquisition programs.
• Experience analyzing program status, goals, milestones, priorities, and execution activities.
• Knowledge of business and industry acquisition management practices.
• Ability to consolidate and analyze program and acquisition data from multiple sources.
• Experience working with performance, requirements, training, cost, and schedule data.
• Experience maintaining and monitoring contract budget databases.
• Ability to assess program priorities and make recommendations to optimize tasks and workload.
• Experience with document approval and routing procedures.
• Ability to work independently and apply appropriate procedures and processes within established program and project guidelines.
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes.
• U.S. citizenship required

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with CCaRS.
• Experience with the Automated Business Service System.

• Experience reviewing or monitoring Earned Value Management (EVM) reports.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD.
• OR, seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, five of which must be in the DoD.
