Program Safety Guide (3rd shift)

Location: Westborough, MA. Spectrum's Inpatient Treatment Campus

Schedule: 3rd shift (overnight) Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00pm-7:30am

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

The Program Safety Guide is responsible for:

• Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted.
• Greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
