Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 3 pm First day: 7:30 am

Safely and efficiently operates a variety of production equipment, including power presses, insertion machines, molding equipment, sewing machines, and glue coating equipment. Assembles and packages parts per written work instructions or supervisor direction.

Job Duties

• Manufactures and assembles products as instructed.
• Completes productivity and quality records as required.
• Provides a high level of attention to detail and focus on manufacturing high-quality products safely and efficiently.
• Follows all company rules and policies, all safety rules, and quality standards.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Safety shoes

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.
• Strict attention to quality and detailed oriented.
• Team oriented.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lift up to pounds, bend, twist, and reach frequently and stand or sit for long periods of time.
• (A break every two hours.)
