UW Interco, LLC UW Solutions Machine Operator-2nd Shift Location: Louisville, KY 40214 Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, are comfortable operating equipment, and are willing to learn CNC machinery, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do * Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely * Learn to set up and operate CNC equipment * Follow production schedules and job instructions * Inspect finished products to make sure they meet quality standards * Use basic measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers * Move materials using equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, and lift tables * Keep accurate production records * Package finished products for shipment * Keep your work area clean and organized * Follow all safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For * At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment * Willingness to learn CNC machine operation * Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow written instructions * Safety focused and dependable * Comfortable working on your feet and in a manufacturing environment * Ability to use basic measuring tools * Forklift experience is a plus, but we can provide training What You'll Need * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move around throughout the shift * Willingness to wear required PPE Why Join Us?
