SSI Analyst III

System High is looking for a skilled and motivated training and development specialist to join our Workforce Development team to assist a supported Agency's in administering and executing the DoD security education and development program for their 0080 occupational series Security Specialists.

Key tasks include:

- Establish Career Frameworks through updating supported Agency Career Guides and Position Requirement Documents

- Assist with administering and executing the DoD security education and development program

- Standardize Training & Certifications via Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) certification and other venues

- Engage with external agencies to align with SPeD modernization efforts and adopt best practices

- Provide regular metrics and briefings to leadership on the progress and readiness of the Agency's security specialist workforce

- Develop strategies for rotational assignments and on-the-job training to create multi-disciplinary security professionals

-Assess, integrate, validate, and coordinate internal and external security training and operations reports, presentations, project status updates, and security management assessments.

-Coordinate and facilitate senior security forum meetings

-Assist in the development and management annual budgets for targeted training and professional development

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / project

Works independently and / or leads sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems

Clearance: Secret
