Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: FormFactor is seeking a highly motivated HRIS Systems Analyst to support the administration, governance, compliance, and ongoing enhancement of our Workday platform. This role will partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Finance, Internal Audit, and IT teams to ensure Workday operates efficiently, securely, and in compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate combines strong Workday system administration skills with operational execution, reporting, security governance, and project coordination capabilities. This individual will help drive continuous improvement of Workday business processes, security administration, reporting, audit readiness, and end-user support.
