We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal support role, providing essential administrative and operational assistance to a fast-paced team. In this role, you won't just be performing tasks; you'll be the backbone of efficient workflows, directly contributing to the smooth execution of high-volume processes and ensuring critical operational success. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks will directly empower a team focused on vital compliance and legal processes, making a significant difference every day.

Your Impact & Key Contributions

As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in managing scheduling, coordinating activities, maintaining crucial documentation, and administering essential processes. You will play a vital role in supporting high-volume operational workflows across various cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of critical outcomes. Your work will directly support a team dedicated to high-volume administrative and operational activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

What You'll Do



  • Process high-volume paper filings, including preparation, distribution, scanning, and mailing of critical documents.
  • Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues.
  • Triage and escalate urgent operational cases to relevant teams.
  • Track, accurately update, and confirm case status within specialized case management software.
  • Generate and analyze case status reports.
  • Conduct data audits and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data integrity.
  • Provide additional project and task support as needed.


What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)



  • 1-2 years of proven administrative support experience.
  • Strong proficiency with common communication and productivity tools, including spreadsheet and document processing software.
  • Demonstrated experience in documenting processes.
  • Ability to support high-volume operations effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to the full 18-month duration of this long-term engagement.


Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have Qualifications)



  • Experience in legal operations, as a legal assistant, or in a law firm or clerk role.
