Our client operates a cutting-edge B2B eCommerce platform designed to empower automotive dealerships. Their mission is to be the go-to resource for dealers seeking innovative solutions to enhance their operations, focusing on principles of being dealer-first, excellence, and transparency.

Responsibilities



  • Execute comprehensive social media efforts across various channels, including content posting, reposting, and community engagement.
  • Manage and refine the content calendar, collaborating with diverse sources to develop compelling content.
  • Report on social media performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
  • Continuously refine and implement the brand's social media strategy, aligning with the broader marketing plan.
  • Develop and enhance brand messaging and public relations for internal and external audiences, including expert copywriting.
  • Oversee content creation and consolidate materials from vendors for community-focused pages, such as webinars, white papers, case studies, and educational resources.
  • Strategically amplify valuable content across the platform and its social media properties.
  • Provide dedicated social media, communications, and marketing support to the team as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and promotion of key activities, offers, events, and industry gatherings.
  • Track performance data, analyze results, and propose data-driven strategies to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ensure the brand's authentic, trusted, and consistent tone of voice is maintained across all communication platforms.
  • Proactively create and post engaging content to drive audience interaction.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, specifically encompassing social media, communications, events, and public relations.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a start-up environment, or actively involved in building or refreshing a brand (company, product, or service).
  • Prior automotive marketing experience, particularly with dealer-focused products or solutions.
  • Proven ability in content development and crafting key messages, collaborating effectively with various audiences and channels.
  • Deep and broad knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of crafting clear and compelling narratives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all channels and multiple social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) and their underlying algorithms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media content creation applications.
  • Demonstrated good judgment and integrity in professional conduct.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a high-performing team, coupled with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent organizational, flexibility, and time management skills, thriving in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience in eCommerce or B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with dealer solutions and software services.
  • Background in auto retail.
