The Outer Loop (OneBranch) team within Azure Developer Experience organization builds and operates the engineering platform that powers how Azure and Microsoft engineers build, validate, secure, and release software at scale. Our platform enables thousands of engineers across Microsoft to build and deliver services safely, reliably, and efficiently through integrated CI/CD, compliance automation, engineering governance, and developer productivity solutions. By joining our team, you will help define the next generation of engineering experiences that accelerate innovation while maintaining the trust, security, and reliability expected of Microsoft's most critical services. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and operate highly scalable platform services that enable software development and service delivery across Microsoft. You will work on engineering systems spanning Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), release orchestration, compliance automation, governance, software supply chain security, and developer productivity across Azure DevOps, GitHub and other engineering platforms used throughout Microsoft. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, security partners, and service owners to deliver reliable, secure, and customer-focused solutions that simplify how software moves from code to production. You will leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), data, automation, and cloud technologies to solve complex platform challenges while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement at Microsoft scale. #azurecorejobs Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
