Additional Responsibilities:
* Support coaching, mentoring, career development, succession planning, and developmental assignments for ESH professionals and leaders. * Lead workshops, management reviews, planning sessions, culture discussions, and working groups that produce clear decisions and accountabilities. * Support Craft-Based Leadership, employee engagement, Stop Work Authority, psychological safety, recognition, and workforce participation. * Integrate mental health, wellbeing, fatigue, and resilience into ESH programs, training, leadership practices, and work planning. * Build productive relationships with customers, subcontractors, regulators, auditors, industry partners, and internal stakeholders. * Support GBU and project ESH management reviews with trends, program findings, capability needs, improvement priorities, and recommended actions. * Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, adult-learning practices, organizational-development methods, and emerging industry risks. * Model visible leadership, integrity, environmental stewardship, and field engagement; reinforce Stop Work Authority when unacceptable risk exists. * Travel to project sites and offices as required.
