PACE Outreach Specialist (Bilingual Spanish Required) Location: North County San Diego (Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside) Training Location: Kearny Mesa, CA Schedule: Full-Time Travel: Approximately 85% community-based field outreach Make a Difference in the Lives of Seniors We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish-speaking PACE Outreach Specialist to join a growing healthcare organization dedicated to improving the lives of older adults through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). In this role, you will serve as the face of the PACE program in the community, building relationships with healthcare providers, senior centers, community organizations, and referral sources while educating seniors and caregivers about available services. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building, community engagement, field-based sales, and helping underserved populations access quality healthcare services. What You'll Do Community Outreach & Relationship Building * Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, senior centers, and referral partners. * Represent the PACE program at health fairs, networking events, community presentations, and outreach initiatives. * Conduct educational presentations and informational meetings for seniors, caregivers, and community stakeholders. * Generate and nurture referral sources throughout assigned territories. * Schedule and conduct facility tours for prospective participants and families. Marketing & Enrollment Support * Support enrollment growth through proactive outreach strategies. * Collaborate with enrollment and marketing teams to maximize community engagement. * Track outreach activities, referrals, and community contacts using CRM and reporting tools. * Monitor progress toward monthly productivity goals and outreach metrics. * Assist with initiatives to strengthen community partnerships and increase program awareness. Customer Service & Communication * Deliver exceptional service to participants, caregivers, providers, and community partners. * Respond to inquiries regarding PACE services, program benefits, and eligibility requirements. * Prepare outreach reports, presentations, and educational materials. * Build trust with diverse populations and maintain professional relationships within the community. Required Qualifications * Bilingual Spanish required * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, outreach, sales, enrollment, or relationship-building role * Experience developing community contacts and generating referral sources * Comfortable working toward monthly goals and productivity metrics * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to travel extensively throughout North County San Diego Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field * Healthcare, managed care, Medicare, Medicaid, senior services, or PACE experience * Experience marketing to diverse or ethnic populations * Knowledge of healthcare service delivery systems and community resources * Experience working with seniors and culturally diverse populations * Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tracking tools Key Skills * Bilingual Spanish * Community Outreach * Customer Service * Referral Development * Relationship Building * Public Speaking & Presentations * Healthcare Marketing * Sales Operations * Provider Relations * Medicare & Medicaid Knowledge * senior Services * Managed Care Work Environment * Approximately 85% field-based outreach throughout the North County territory (Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside) * Approximately 15% office-based work in Vista * Frequent driving to community events, networking opportunities, and referral partner locations * Occasional evening and weekend events may be required Why Join Us?
