POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Nurse Manager, Emergency Department provides strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and achievement of departmental goals. This role has broad accountability for clinical operations, workforce leadership, quality and regulatory performance, staffing, and resource management, while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement. Working under the direction of the ACNO, the Senior RN Manager exercises independent judgment in overseeing day-to-day operations and supervising nursing personnel and frontline leaders. The position significantly influences patient outcomes, employee engagement, operational efficiency, and the Emergency Department's contribution to organizational performance and strategic priorities. Compensation Range: $118,500.00- $172,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
