$22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday



  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM AND 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Rotating
  • Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.



Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse, material handling, inventory control, or logistics experience
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other powered industrial equipment
  • Experience with inventory management systems such as SAP or similar software
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to read material numbers, lot numbers, labels, and shipping documentation
  • Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments preferred


Job Duties


  • Receive, inspect, identify, store, move, stage, and deliver raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
  • Verify material numbers, lot numbers, quantities, labels, and documentation before moving inventory
  • Operate forklifts, Drexel equipment, pallet jacks, drum lifters, scissor lifts, scales, and label printers
  • Deliver materials to production and packaging areas while supporting on-time operations
  • Return unused materials to proper storage locations and maintain accurate inventory rotation practices
  • Support shipping and receiving activities, including staging and preparing shipments
  • Complete SAP and inventory transactions for receipts, transfers, returns, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments
  • Perform cycle counts, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Maintain stock labels, storage locations, and material traceability
  • Support inventory audits and report damaged materials or inventory issues
  • Safely handle hazardous materials according to established procedures
  • Wear required PPE and respiratory protection when necessary
  • Conduct equipment inspections and report safety concerns immediately
  • Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas using 5S housekeeping practices
  • Assist with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, quality, shipping, and supply chain teams



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
