____________________ Position Summary Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across our Clutches & Brakes (C&B) business. This role serves as the primary link between Specialty Distribution partners, engineering/product management teams, and commercial leadership to develop and deliver engineered solutions that solve complex customer challenges. The successful candidate will leverage a strong technical foundation, industry expertise, and commercial acumen to grow expert channels market, secure product specifications, and expand customer relationships throughout North America. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly technical professional looking to expand their influence beyond engineering or applications support and into market leadership, business development, and strategic growth initiatives. You'll have direct influence over customer relationships, business strategy, new product opportunities, and the continued expansion of Regal Rexnord's Clutches & Brakes business across North America. Compensation: $135,000 - $155,000 base salary + 20% SICP The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors. Travel: 30 - 50% Location: Remote (United States) with travel throughout North America.
