About the Role:

The Senior Director of FP&A provides executive leadership for the enterprise financial planning and analysis function. This role partners with C-suite executives to drive strategic decision-making through advanced financial analysis and insights, leads annual planning processes, and develops long-range financial models.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise FP&A function and strategy

  • Partner with C-suite on strategic decisions

  • Oversee annual planning and quarterly forecasts

  • Drive business performance management

  • Lead investor relations support

  • Manage complex financial analysis

  • Develop long-range planning models

  • Support board of directors meetings

  • Lead M&A financial analysis

  • Build and develop FP&A team

  • Implement planning systems and tools

  • Drive data-driven decision making

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA strongly preferred

  • 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience

  • 6+ years of senior management experience

  • Expert financial modeling and analysis skills

  • Experience with investor relations

  • Strong executive presence

  • Strategic thinking and vision

  • Experience with M&A analysis

  • Proven leadership abilities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience with enterprise planning systems

  • Track record of business partnering

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles in the United Kingdom, Canada, USA, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, or Spain. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
