POSITION OVERVIEW The Plant Manager is responsible for serving external and internal customers by creating and maintaining a safe, reliable operation capable of meeting quality and productivity targets. The Plant Manager will work with the management team to make H. B. Fuller a great place to work, where employees are engaged and have the opportunity for career growth. As the senior representative at the location, the Plant Manager is expected to be the voice of the company and effectively communicate the company's positions and decisions on a timely basis. PRIMARY DUTIES This individual will be involved in a variety of leadership and mentoring activities including:

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT Physical activities require continuous hearing; frequent talking, feeling, sitting, handling and repetitive motions of hands/wrists; and occasional standing, and walking. Position may carry and lift up to 10lbs. Position requires continuous visual demand 75% - 100% of the time. #LI-MB1 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
