Overview: To maintain a pleasant guest experience by inspecting dishes and cleaning the station area. Responsibilities: * Provide highest quality customer service to all guests. * Be pleasant, smile, and greet all guests. * Expedite food by inspecting dishes for visual appeal and to ensure that food is properly prepared and served at the proper temperature in a timely fashion. * Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment. Sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down areas, and wiping down glass. Maintain the cleanliness of the buffet stations. * Must possess knowledge of dining room service procedures, table numbers and full familiarity with the food and beverage menu. * Maintain temperatures and freshness of food on buffet. * Demonstrate excellent teamwork by communicating effectively and positively with staff. * Able to set up and break down buffet in a timely manner. * Able to perform any other job duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor. Qualifications: * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Able to multi-task * Able to lift and carry 25lbs routinely and up to 50lbs occasionally * Able to bend, walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean in the course of daily business for extended periods of time * State issued Food Handler's Certificate Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran employer.
