What Awaits You:
Position Summary This candidate will work solely on a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to clients with first episode schizophrenia. Caseload size is approximately 40 and the ages of the clients range from 14-26. Responsibilities will include comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnostic formulations, family and group psychotherapy, administration of outcomes measures, crisis intervention when appropriate, maintaining timely clinical documentation in electronic health record, and obtaining insurance authorizations when appropriate. Candidate will work closely with team psychiatrists, other therapists, case manager and program administrator. Other responsibilities of assisting with community outreach with organizations around Baltimore for the purpose of referrals and education occur less regularly. Education:

Work Experience:
Salary Range: Minimum 32.40/hour - Maximum 53.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
