* Stocks materials upon receipt or after inspection transactions * Picks kits for work orders, collects documentation, and performs associated inventory transactions * Monitors material shortages for kits and performs transactions upon receipt * Handles stockroom window miscellaneous issues and transactions * Performs cycle counts and associated transactions * Maintain stockroom procedures / organization / cleanliness * Perform shipping requirements as a backup


  • High school graduate or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems, a plus
  • Solid and accurate data entry skills are required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, work effectively with other departments
  • Capability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • General understanding of production practices, BOM's and shipping /receiving a plus
  • Frequent walking throughout the warehouse, stockroom, and production areas (up to 70-90% of the workday).
  • Ability to transport materials using carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other material-handling equipment.
  • Frequent standing, bending, reaching, stooping, and climbing.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to safely move materials between storage and designated delivery locations while maintaining inventory accuracy and following safety procedures.
  • Valid drivers' license
