LCAT Strategy & Insights Consultant
- The LCAT Strategy & Insights Consultant helps the Large Client Acquisition Team (LCAT) tell a clear, data-driven story about its impact while improving how the team reports results, communicates value, and scales support across the field.
- This role connects analytics, executive communications, performance reporting, and process improvement into one function focused on increasing visibility, consistency, and business impact.
Position Summary
- This role serves as a strategic partner to LCAT leadership by translating business results, pipeline activity, asset wins, field engagement, and team accomplishments into clear insights and compelling materials for leaders, field partners, and key stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical thinker, strong communicator, and practical problem solver-someone who can turn data into decisions, team wins into business narratives, and complex information into simple, polished executive-ready materials.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop recurring leadership reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and business reviews that show LCAT activity, outcomes, trends, and contribution to firm growth.
- Analyze pipeline activity, assets won, regional trends, partner engagement, and business results to identify insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Create executive-ready presentations, talking points, visual summaries, and leadership materials that translate data and business activity into a clear story.
- Develop field-facing communications, one-pagers, success stories, case studies, and reusable materials that explain LCAT's value and when to engage the team.
- Capture wins, unique solutions, client impact, and team accomplishments to demonstrate how LCAT supports large-client acquisition and improves the field experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, workflows, communication practices, and operational consistency as LCAT continues to scale.
- Support strategic initiatives and business cases by organizing information, quantifying impact, and developing clear rationale for decisions or investments.
- Experience in business operations, analytics, communications, consulting, project management, or related functions.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, reporting, dashboard, and presentation development skills.
- Ability to translate data, metrics, and business results into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready storytelling.
- Strong writing, editing, stakeholder interview, and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data and business intelligence tools preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while partnering effectively with leadership and field stakeholders.
