Role: RACA Exam Execution Management Lead
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid 2 Days onsite in every week)
Duration: 3 Months Job Description:
The RACA Exam Execution Management Lead is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, governance, and execution of regulatory exams and client questionnaires across technology and control domains. The role serves as the central point of accountability to ensure timely, accurate, and regulator-ready responses aligned with internal standards and external regulatory expectations (e.g., OCC, CFPB, OSFI). Key responsibilities include:
- Exam Governance & Coordination: Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of regulatory exams, including intake, scope alignment, response development, and submission.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across SMEs, technology teams, risk, compliance, and senior leadership to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of responses.
- Response Quality & Traceability: Ensure all responses are clear, defensible, and evidence-based, with appropriate documentation, control mapping, and audit traceability.
- Risk Identification & Escalation: Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; drive remediation and escalate issues in line with governance protocols.
- Regulatory Alignment: Translate regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure responses are aligned to frameworks, policies, and control standards.
- Reporting & Executive Communication: Provide structured status updates, action trackers, and executive briefings to support decision-making and oversight.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements to exam execution processes, tools, and playbooks to improve efficiency, consistency, and regulatory outcomes.
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills: 1.) 8+ years of Project Management and Cybersecurity Analyst experience (IAM, vulnerability and patch management, network security) 2.) Strong experience within Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint 3.) Banking or financial institution experience SOFT SKILLS: 1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 2.) Strong interpersonal skills are required 3.) Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment 4.) Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable 5.) Strong stakeholder management 6.) Strong facilitation skills NICE-TO-HAVE 1.) AI experience 2.) PMP, CISSP or CRISC certifications 3.) Regulatory experience (highly preferred)
