Position Summary

The Digital Banking Platform Administrator is responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting platform solutions that enable internal business workflows for consumer and treasury management products and services. This role implements and administers applications and platforms designed to automate client and back-office needs while facilitating collaboration across business units. The Digital Banking Platform Administrator leverages a range of technologies and applications and is accountable for release and change management across assigned platforms. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work with lines of business to identify ways to improve process execution and achieve operational efficiencies for treasury management products and services across workflow, origination, billing, core banking, digital banking, and related technology as assigned.
  • Design, document, configure, test and deploy enhancements to assigned applications and platforms via the bank's change management processes.
  • Research changes and releases in upcoming versions of assigned platforms and other integrated applications.
  • Partner with Consumer and Treasury Services leadership, Product Management, Implementations, and other internal departments on new initiatives and enhancements.
  • Partner with core banking, payments, and integration teams to ensure seamless data flows, authentication, entitlements, and customer experience across systems.
  • Optimize processes, deliver efficiencies, and manage integrations of assigned platforms.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, establish user profiles and assist with business adoption of platform capabilities.
  • Attend industry and product webinars; evaluate newly released functionality and related impact on workflow.
  • Complete internal audits and testing of established key monitoring controls to manage reputational, financial and compliance risks.
  • Analyze digital channel performance (adoption, engagement, funnel metrics, uptime, incident trends) and drive continuous improvement..
  • Partner with various third-party vendors to facilitate core integration through APIs with the digital banking platforms.
Education & Experience
  • Knowledge of:
  • Digital banking platforms and channel management (online and mobile), including feature configuration and release cycles.
  • Customer experience principles, journey mapping, and accessibility/usability best practices.
  • Data-informed decision making using digital analytics and KPI reporting.
  • Product management practices (roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, UAT, release readiness).
  • Vendor management and contract/SLA concepts, including issue escalation and performance tracking.
  • Digital banking security and risk concepts (authentication, entitlements, fraud controls, privacy, and third-party risk).
  • Formal change management and SDLC disciplines in regulated environments.
  • Integration concepts and banking technology ecosystems (core banking, payments, SSO, APIs, and third-party fintech connections).
  • Ability to:
  • Translating business needs and customer pain points into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting recommendations to leadership.
  • Assess risks, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and customer-impacting defects.
  • Use analytics and feedback loops to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and iterate on solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and facilitate effective governance, including release planning, support reviews, and roadmap alignment.
  • Apply sound judgment to balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance/security requirements.
  • Interpret and apply applicable banking regulations and internal policies as they relate to digital channels and third-party services.
  • Learn new platform capabilities quickly and coach internal teams on effective use and support.
  • Solve complex problems in ambiguous situations by aligning stakeholders, defining options, and making decisions to completion.
  • Create clear documentation and communications for both internal stakeholders and customers regarding features, changes, and known issues.
  • Education and Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital banking, banking technology, product/platform management, or related financial services roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery (requirements, testing/UAT, change management, and release coordination).
  • Experience with digital banking vendors/platforms and related integrations (core banking, payments, identity/SSO) preferred.
  • Proficiency with common business tools (Microsoft Office) and comfort working with analytics/reporting tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.

(Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $105,000 annual)
