Job Summary

We are currently hiring a fully remote Organizational Development Specialist to join our Corporate HR team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the cross-functional operational bridge across Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and People Experience, delivering the behind-the-scenes execution that keeps the employee experience consistent and high-impact. This role builds and maintains learning content using approved AI tools such as Claude to accelerate course development, drafting, and revision, and transforms strategic goals into a seamless reality for every internal hire and tenured employee.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Build and update e-learning courses, job aids, quick-reference guides, and facilitator materials from approved outlines and source content provided by the Organizational Development Manager and subject matter experts.
  • Convert existing documents, recorded sessions, and subject matter expert input into structured learning modules that follow Staffmark Group templates and accessibility standards and keep version control current as policies and processes change.
  • Use approved AI tools, including Claude, to accelerate first-draft content, summarize survey and feedback data, and format reports, then review every AI-assisted deliverable before publication for accuracy, tone, brand alignment, and policy compliance.
  • Maintain shared AI project workspaces and prompt libraries, and document repeatable workflows so the Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and People Experience teams work from consistent source material.
  • Keep department platforms and the competency-to-job database accurate and current, organize training links and learning path assignments, and pull and format standard department metrics into templates and slide decks for review.
  • Produce internal communications and programming materials and distribute them across the right channels so team members stay informed of department initiatives and opportunities.
  • Support the People Experience Partner, including scheduling, participation tracking, training logistics, and supporting leaders in delivering an impactful onboarding experience.

Competencies

Competencies we value for this role include: A high school diploma or equivalent. Experience creating learning content that is engaging and relevant. Demonstrates the ability to use generative AI tools to draft and refine written content, with sound judgment about verifying and editing output before it is used. Comfortable working with numbers and data sets; ability to translate raw information into clear, organized charts or summaries using Excel or similar tools. Ability to follow complex checklists and manage project timelines; experience coordinating multiple small tasks simultaneously without losing track of details. Effective coordination skills; the ability to communicate professionally with various departments to gather information and ensure shared tasks are completed on time.
