About the Opportunity

As a pivotal member of the team, you will serve as a primary liaison, empowering partner teams to effectively implement and champion new initiatives. This role is essential for achieving key program targets by fostering strong relationships, providing comprehensive training, and ensuring seamless execution of solutions. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between innovative programs and their successful adoption in the field, directly influencing business growth and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly contribute to the successful rollout and adoption of innovative programs across a wide network of partners. By building strong relationships and providing essential training, you will enable partners to effectively engage with customers and drive significant business outcomes. You will be a key driver in enhancing the overall customer experience and solidifying our client's position as a leader in the industry.

What You'll Do



  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner teams regarding innovative solutions and customer engagement processes.
  • Collaborate with program managers to drive partner adoption and performance against key program targets.
  • Build strong relationships with partner owners, management, and sales staff through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person support.
  • Provide in-person training and education on offerings, program opportunities, sales processes, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Respond to partner questions, resolve common issues, and escalate more complex needs to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Track partner interactions, adoption progress, and open items in CRM or other internal systems.
  • Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to improve partner experience, execution, and program effectiveness.
  • Share partner feedback to help improve processes, materials, and program performance.
  • Represent the organization at partner and industry events as needed, with travel up to 50% to support partner engagement, training, and field execution.


A Day in the Life

Your typical week will involve spending approximately three days with partners, where you will train personnel on new programs, conduct follow-up discussions, and engage with customers and partners to support program success. You may also participate in events, interacting directly with prospective customers to educate them on offerings and generate interest. The remaining time will be dedicated to planning activities, conducting outreach calls, managing partner follow-ups, and coordinating next steps for customers and partners. You will receive structured onboarding, initially partnering with experienced team members before independently managing your assigned territory and relationships, with a fast-paced ramp-up to full contribution within your first week.

Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain programs, processes, and value propositions in simple, customer-friendly language.
  • Strong follow-through and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and open items simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate questions and coordinate across teams.
  • Comfort working in CRM, support tools, and standard business systems.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a role requiring 50% travel to partners.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in partner support, field support, inside sales, account management, customer success, or call-center operations.
  • Familiarity with retail operations, related industry topics, or solutions.
  • Experience supporting partner enablement, program rollout, or channel engagement.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with outreach, adoption, or conversion goals.
